The Allesley Silas was a three month project with the communities of Allesley and Allesley Park to tell the story of George Eliot's Silas Marner, the Weaver of Raveloe in a new adaptation by writer Alan Pollock. Working with a large cast of professional and community cast and musicians the production spoke to themes of community, hope and home.

Costume in the Regency period style referenced the wider theme of weaving and involved the production of bespoke pieces from scratch alongside sourcing and adaptation.
